- Ahmed is rapidly becoming the career development leader and expert throughout the Middle East. He is the
- founder of Career Development in the MENA Region. He began the first career development project in Egypt
- funded by USAID in 2006. Then he extended his efforts to other countries in the region. Later he worked in other
- countries in Europe and Asia and worked in the USA and Canada. His main focus as enriching Arab individuals,
- teams, organizations, and even countries with the required knowledge, materials, tools, and experiences to benefit
- from a professional career development process—all translated and adapted for the Arab culture.
- • 2019 got his credential as a certified master career services (CMCS) from the NCDA
- • 2018 got his credential as a certified career service provider (CCSP) from the NCDA
- • 2015 got his certificate as Mental Health Facilitator (MHF) from the national board for certified counselor
- (NBCC) & Center for credential & Education (CCE)
- • 2013 elected to the NBCC International Advisory Council
- • 2012 became the first international graduate from the NCDA leadership academy.
- • 2011 became the first National Career Development Association (NCDA) International Career
- Development Facilitator (CDF) Master Trainer
- • July 2010, he was certified and became the first and only CRG Licensed Associate in the MENA region.
- • June 2010 became the NCDA Affiliate.
- • June 2009 became the first certified Career Development Facilitator Instructor (CDFI) in the MENA
- region.
- His work has included training over than 1000 counselors, facilitators, coaches, and guides in Egypt and KSA,
- Qatar, Turkey since October 2009.
- October 2009 – Present, he is responsible of the establishment of the first career development model for youth
- (Funded by the UNICEF) among Ministry of Youth and other non-profit organization.
- August 2010- March 2011, he was responsible of establishing the first career development model in education
- (funded by British international school)
- August 2011 – Jan 2012, he was responsible of the first career development model for the Ministry of Education
- in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Funded by the CSR unit of the Rawabi Holding – Alkhobar KSA)
- Mr. Mostafa holds nine additional international certifications in career development, Mental Health, business, and
- Distance learning.
